Welcome to Noesis Psychology

Why Noesis ?

The name Noesis comes from ancient Greek philosophy and psychology, meaning “the process of understanding, perception, and insight.” It represents deep thinking, self-awareness, and the ability to make sense of our experiences.

Because understanding is the first step to healing.

“The wound is the place where the light enters you”
